| Jacob Update |
| Good Evening,With great Thanksgiving to our Lord, we have an update after Jacob's surgery. Jacob was in surgery for a very long 9 hours. The surgeon was able to do alot more in this surgery than he anticipated doing in one time. This was very good news. They told us that the surgery went very smoothly, considering the complexity of it. We got to see him in the ICU unit shortly after surgery and he looked better then we expected considering what all he had been through. They still have him sedated to keep him from moving at all. This will remain for some time because he has so many tubes and lines hooked up to him and coming out of him. We don't want him to pull anything out or move anything around. He still has a long road ahead of him. The next few days will be especially critical, then a long recovery too. Please continue to pray with us for God's protecting hand as His will is done.
