| Spring break |
Had the grandkids down last week. We had a ball. Made gingerbread cookies, hung out, went to the park, the zoo, went to Andy's and had ice cream cones. Took them back Saturday and also carried the picnic table and swing set I had made to Haven's house and set it up. She played so hard and so long that she got to where she could not walk. Zach is growing up so fast.
God has been so good to us. When I stop to think about that I get wattery eyed. I love my kids and grand kids so much and miss them when we are not together. You know, that's exactly how God loves us. Think about it. He enjoys the talks and the time we spend together just as much as I enjoy talking to Zach and Haven. Sometimes I let them do things so they can learn even if it means getting lumps and bumps. God does me the same way. I am so strong headed and most of the time I try it my way. I get a lump and a bump but he is always right there standing by me making sure I'm ok. Thank you Lord for you love! |
